Above all, it was important for us to deal with an agent that we could trust.
We needed an agent that had knowledge about the different areas and could provide us with resale advice.
We were looking for a quality built home and needed an agent that was willing to help us find what we were looking for. Prior to meeting Klaud, we viewed homes with other agents that didn't seem to be concerned about structural issues and were just focused on getting the sale.
