Puchasing experience:
When we were seeing a house, he has amazing eyes to pinpoint many details of house. He was very thorough and explained many things that we overlooked. In addition, Klaud also has amazing knowledge of the local area so he was actually able to give us some detailed history of the house. In the end, he left all the decision making for us. He gave us as much as information that we need to make an informed decision. He was very polite and understand buyers’ anxiety very well. He was not push at all and has a very open minded. When we decided to purchase the house we fell in love with, he was an amazing negotiator! We were in a bidding war and it was really truly because of Klaud we won the bidding war. He assures us so many timea and explained all possible scenarios so that we can make informed decisions. He understands that house purchasing is one of the biggests purchase in many people and was very patient with us! If you are considering buying a home, Klaud is your guy!

Sale experience:
We also decided to use Klaud to sell our home since Klaud was just awesome in everyway when we purchased our home. Did we mention he know everyone? Our home needed two things to make a purfect model house (new floor in living area and basement room drywall mudding). Within a day, we got brand new hardwood installed and drywall mudding was refinished. And very next day house was up on the market!!! You can say anyone can do this since “you are paying for the job”. I would say try to pick up the phone to any contractors and see they can come to house next day to finish what you need with less than 12 hour notice. Klaud made this happend with his connections and we also got good deals on flooring and drywall mudding. We had many positive feedbacks about how house has excellent finishes. We don’t think we need to mention much about actual sale experience since the house was sold within few weeks with more than our initial asking price!

Overall, Klaud Czeslawski was truley amazing realtor who really knows what he is doing and loves what he does! He was professional throughout our purchasing/selling experience. He is an excellent communicator. We can text/call him anytime. He did also explain and teach us in how the real estate business works, which helped us to understand many things going on behind the scene.

We would highly recommend Klaud! We are definitely going to have Klaud again on our next home purchase!

Klaud has awesome knoweldge of the London area! He knows everyone!!!!! And this really helps when you need something with such a short notice! When you are buying/selling a house in this hot market, this is critical as it really helped us to make a informed decision. He is also an excellent negotiator and he works to really ensure what is the best for you (this is very important). He is an excelletn communicator and very easy to approach.

Nothing to say but the best

My sister saw a sign with Klaud's name on it. Then she drove around looking at open houses and met Klaud by accident and found him personable right away. I found Klaud listened and understood my needs and helped very much.

When you have realtors trying to sell shit to you, go to Klaud. I think I have been looking at 30 to 40 properties for 3 months and went through 3 different realtors. A lot of realtors were focused on closing the deal asap. Klaud was a lot different from them in that he analyses the property and helps you to understand why it's worth your money to buy the property. After the purchase, I asked 20 people around me if this was a good area to live in, they all said it's very good neighborhood to live, not knowing that i bought the property in that area.
