Kris was amazing, she is a kind hearted person who made helping me find a home in a very tight timeframe delightful. She was never stressed or frantic throughout the process of my 1031 exchange and relished the opportunity to learn more about it. She spent nearly every Saturday for about 3 months showing me homes all over Eugene which she knew a ton about great areas for investing and provided several documents for my review.
