She has a vast knowledge base in terms of eveything having to do with the process; from negotiations to inspections to finding the house that perfectly suited our needs. Kristen was recommended to us by a close friend. From day 1 of reaching out to her, we knew we made an excellent choice. Although we didn't know her personally, she treated us like close friends throughout the home buying process. She made herself available to us around the clock, always answered her phone and text messages, and scrambled at 9 pm to get our initial offer out for the home. When working with her we felt like we were her only clients (although we know that wasn't the case). She was extremely down to earth, listened to what we were looking for in a home, and helped us get exactly what we wanted. She provided sound advice, suggested a great home inspector, and communicated well with the loan officer we chose. The sellers requested an aggressively early closing date and she made sure we had everything in order before that day. I was looking for an investment property and had a very specific set of criteria that I was looking for. We looked at a number of houses over a six month period before finally finding the perfect one. Kristen was as quick to respond and set up the showings on month 6 as she was on day one. She has a great knowledge of the area and was always a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely be using her again when I start looking for my next home.
