My husband, daughter, and myself were relocating to Fishers, IN for our careers. I was searching for realtors in the area and called Century 21, which is when I was connected with Kristen Jesch. I was immediately impressed with how Kristen handled herself on the phone, but more importantly the speed of her follow up to send me references, a time to schedule a meeting, and a background on her career so far.

It was important for us to have a realtor that was putting our needs first and someone that was very hard working. It was difficult for us to view houses because we lived 2 hours away, but that did not stop Kristen from scheduling on a Saturday and showing us houses from 8am- 5pm. We greatly appreciated her availability and the communication that she provided if she was not available for a few hours. Kristen went above and beyond by making sure that I was added to different mom groups on Facebook and other pages to make sure that I was able to connect in the community, since we do not have any family in Fishers.

We were very thankful for the experience provided and we would highly recommend Kristen to anyone that is buying or selling a house.

I was the first client Kristen has had seeking duplex/rental properties and she had no prior experience. However she put in extensive effort to gain the knowledge needed to excel at this type of deal. When I buy future properties of this nature she will be the first person I call.

The few problems I have had largely stem from the times I did not listen to what Kristen advised.

Kristen was absolutely fabulous with conducting the research needed to find our knew property. She is extremely knowledgeable with the ins and outs of real estate and great at breaking things down "Barney Style" when needed. She totally got after it with this deal and was always accessible.
