Words cannot express the experience that both myself and my wife have seen with this hard working, honest, knowledgeable real estate agent. He explained the process in detail an made suggestions. To help with the sale, this man climbed onto the metal roof to tighten down a few loose screws that had been noticed during an inspection and in the process had almost slipped off because of morning dew being present. He and I were lucky that day as he was able to stop before falling off and he was not injured and my insurance was not tested. Needless to say, he went back later that day and completed his task. This man is to be commended !
