When you work with Lana you don’t get just an agent, you get someone who organizes all aspects of getting your house ready to sell including all those repairs and updates as well as house staging that kind of makes you wish you weren’t selling the house. She also acts like a therapist to help you endure the highs and lows of the process. Finally, she is 120% your advocate and uses her knowledge and experience to ensure our best interests are preserved. Our experience was not an easy one due to the buyers’ agent and lender, but Lana navigated the situation as the utmost professional with our interests front and center.
