We had a good real estate agent before, and he helped us find a new place and sell it later. We thought we could do a little better, but we were wrong. We did MUCH BETTER! Lana was very personable, patient and easy to work with. She helped us find many places to check out and followed up after we checked saw them. Where she really shined was the follow up, helping us several different times once the sale was completed. We had not experienced follow up like this before and it was greatly appreciated. Upon contingent contract, Lana arranged for the home inspection and - highly important for me, an analytical type who needs hand-holding in areas outside my expertise - had her contractors immediately available so I had an informed outlook on the additional cost to cure home deferred maintenance and a timeline.
