Lance did a great job helping with the negotiation and purchase of my land remotely. Although I had visited the plot previously, we were able to complete the sale from out of state.

Zillow connected us with Lance without our having prior knowledge of him. We were looking for a 2nd home in the St. George area and we live in Salt Lake. Lance was friendly and flexible, able to set up showings quickly when I was in town. We put an offer on a listing, knowing that it would most likely be a bidding war. Lance was open about the process and walked us through. When we didn’t get it, he continued to send us options via email and ultimately connected us with a perfect listing for us that was off the MLS. Lance handled the loan, both sides of the offer, and closing with integrity and transparency. We appreciated his responsiveness when the property needed help, us being so far from the home.
