I can’t say enough good things about Laura. She stepped in as we were moving across the country and managed the work of getting our house ready to sell after we were gone. She was available and patient while we were at peek stress levels. Laura had no problem coordinating cleaners and other vendors so that our house looked its absolute best when it went on the market. Her knowledge of house presentation was expert and invaluable— we couldn’t believe how great the house looked by the time it was listed! Neither could the buyers as it ended up with dozens of offers, a situation Laura again guided us through with patience, understanding, and expert knowledge. On top of it all, she’s a joy to work with and a great communicator! We had a seamless, very successful home sale experience thanks to her.
