Lee is willing to go the extra mile to help you find a house. Whether that means showings after hours or on the weekends, or writing up an offer letter within the hour of viewing the property, he is willing to go above and beyond to help you find that perfect house. Additionally, he is intimately familiar with Tulsa and its' history, which is a massive plus when looking at some of the older properties.

This was my first time buying a house and I had almost no clue what I was doing. I did plenty of research and knew what I was looking for but not the best way to achieve my goals. Not only did Lee help bring Clarity to our wants and needs for our future home; He also showed an amount of attentiveness I never would have expected. If I called and asked if we could view a house he somehow always had an opening that same day. I would have been happy with a couple days needed to set things up but never had to worry about that. He made the effort to show up for our signing. He walked through the house and gave us tips for what we would should look at for as a potential difficulty and help my fiance and I come to agreements on things. Lee has the patience of a saint and attentiveness that is unparalleled. I will absolutely recommend him to anybody looking for a home.

Lee Hurst and Ashley Bales both went above and beyond! We had a difficult time with our purchase and they were there every step of the way. They answered every question and were there for us at every turn. Honest to goodness five stars is not good enough of a rating for Lee Hurst! Even after the sale when we had problems and questions Lee and Ashley were there for us. I highly recommend Lee Hurst! The week that we were supposed to originally close there was a problem on the seller's end and the house had to go into probate. It took the seller a month and a half to get a lawyer and get the case in front of a judge. I got weekly reports from Lee. The entire ordeal from initial contact to closing was more than 5 months. Even after we closed Lee remained in regular contact with us and was there for us after the sale was complete when we had questions and didn't know where to turn.

Lee first began helping me (via internet) when I searched for Patio Homes. Told him it might be a year or so before we would be ready to sell. He consistently sent me new posts when Patio Homes in gated communities became available. When we found "The" Patio Home" matching what we really wanted, and Lee arranged for us to view it, twas a no brainer to continue with our relationship we had with Lee. His patience from from the very beginning to the very end, he was a 5-Star performer in our opinion. He stayed low key and resourceful when things happened that took us to task. Lee's relationships with the two other realtors was stellar to say the least. He was purposeful in explaining every detail of the contract and the buckets of other paper work. Once it officially listed along with the professionally taken pictures our home sold on the Tuesday following the Thursday Lee planted Chenowth & Cohen's For Sale Sign in our front yard. Finally after closing, when we were under the gun to be out of our previous residence, Lee showed up with work clothes on and helped speed up our move. To cap off the final minute, he took the last picture of my wife and I, moments before we said goodby to 17 years of memories.

Lee was very patient and accomodating during our relocation from TX to OK. He was available when we needed him and very quick to respond. Being from out of state, Lee took the time to show us the attractions and points of interest in Tulsa. He was very helpful and knowledgable through the entire process.
