Sallisaw had 12 new listings and 7 listings that went under contract in October, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 47—down 4.08% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in November.
Of those 47 active listings, 23.4% reduced their price in the month of October. The median listing price for homes in Sallisaw grew 4.14% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $176,000. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to grow.
