I lived in the nation’s Capital until I enrolled in the Canadian Forces at the age of 17. In 2006, I graduated from the Royal Military College of Canada in Kingston, Ontario, with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering. The following nine years, I was in various postings across Canada, serving in the Royal Canadian Air Force as an Aerospace Engineer.
In 2015, I decided to pursue a career that would more fully complement my interests in architecture, design, and interpersonal interactions, by joining the real estate salesperson education program with the OREA College. I then joined esteemed real estate brokerage Engel & Völkers.
My natural ability with numbers, friendly personality, and keen eye for design, quality and value make me an excellent agent. My passion for all the things Ottawa can offer makes me the resident expert on the city and its surroundings.

Louis-Philippe made my home buying experience so much less stressful than it could have been. He set me up with a portal before my house hunting trip that helped me narrow down which properties I was serious about. He then made arrangements to visit those properties on the first day of my HHT and by the end of the day I was ready to make an offer! Louis-Philippe helped guide me through the process and understanding of the Ottawa market which made me very comfortable with my choice in home. I'm looking forward to moving in and will recommend him to all of my friends who may be posted to Ottawa.
I was purchasing therefore I cannot comment on the selling aspects. Regardless, Louis-Philippe was excellent to work with, he dedicated his time on two entire days helping me to find the house that fits my criterias. Louis-Philippe was available after to answer any questions I had regarding the process. I will not hesitate in the future to use his services if needed.
Louis-Philipe Pidgeon was great. Him and his business partner, Jeremy Spilkin were great help and were always available to answer our questions. Everything was always taken care of and they were always thinking ahead to the next step to avoid any unnecessary delays.
