Louis-Philippe was a spectacular agent. Despite being across the country for the sale of our home he made it easy to communicate and was always prompt in response to our many questions. His sales strategies were effective in selling our home after it had been listed with a previous agent for many months. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home in the Ottawa area. His experience and knowledge of the military move administration made the entire process easy for us. Looking forward to using him again in the future.

Louis was great, A friendly and personable agent who was referred to us by two other military friends. We especially enjoyed his knowledge of how military members move and this made our moving experience proceed smoothly. Louis-Philippe made my home buying experience so much less stressful than it could have been. He set me up with a portal before my house hunting trip that helped me narrow down which properties I was serious about. He then made arrangements to visit those properties on the first day of my HHT and by the end of the day I was ready to make an offer! Louis-Philippe helped guide me through the process and understanding of the Ottawa market which made me very comfortable with my choice in home. I'm looking forward to moving in and will recommend him to all of my friends who may be posted to Ottawa.

I really appreciated Louis-Philippe's help in finding a condo downtown. He helped me to find and visit at least a dozen places as well as provided lots of information regarding many others to help in my decision-making. At all times he was friendly and helpful. His patience in seeing many, many places while I was still unsure about what I wanted was appreciated. Furthermore, he was efficient at organizing these visits, at getting information from various sellers and following-up with other questions.

Louis-Philippe was very good at ensuring that all aspects of purchasing steps were covered and explained to me. Negotiations with the seller were more difficult/annoying than I had anticipated, but Louis-Philippe managed to stay on top of them, and contact them repeatedly to try and find out the information we needed or get them to move things along. Thank you for your persistence!

During the whole process I felt that Louis-Philippe had my best interests at heart. He had very good suggestions and comments for many of the places we visited as well as tips to make some of them better suited to my needs.
