I lived in the nation’s Capital until I enrolled in the Canadian Forces at the age of 17. In 2006, I graduated from the Royal Military College of Canada in Kingston, Ontario, with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering. The following nine years, I was in various postings across Canada, serving in the Royal Canadian Air Force as an Aerospace Engineer.
In 2015, I decided to pursue a career that would more fully complement my interests in architecture, design, and interpersonal interactions, by joining the real estate salesperson education program with the OREA College. I then joined esteemed real estate brokerage Engel & Völkers.
My natural ability with numbers, friendly personality, and keen eye for design, quality and value make me an excellent agent. My passion for all the things Ottawa can offer makes me the resident expert on the city and its surroundings.

Louis-Philippe was very polite and communicative and was quick to inform me about the results of the showings. He worked politely with my tenants to facilitate the showings.

LP understood our requirements from the get go, he made us comfortable with proper estimating based on comparable listings and come up with a strategy. LP was also very quick in getting the home staged and on the market.
We bought our first house with LP which was a great experience. Selling the house was an even better experience. He is still the same patient, understanding person you can count on.
We had Jer help us with strategy and also showing houses when LP was busy. Jer goes into a lot of details and we learn something new every time we meet Jer.

We were thoroughly impressed with Louis-Philippe's professionalism, market knowledge and clear communication style. He delivered on all of his promises and was there for us every step of the way. Louis-Philippe was extremely patient, especially in these tough times of uncertainty due to Covid-19. We would 100% recommend him to anyone that we know, especially to our military friends as he was very knowledgeable of this processes. Also, he has great hair.
