I lived in the nation’s Capital until I enrolled in the Canadian Forces at the age of 17. In 2006, I graduated from the Royal Military College of Canada in Kingston, Ontario, with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering. The following nine years, I was in various postings across Canada, serving in the Royal Canadian Air Force as an Aerospace Engineer.
In 2015, I decided to pursue a career that would more fully complement my interests in architecture, design, and interpersonal interactions, by joining the real estate salesperson education program with the OREA College. I then joined esteemed real estate brokerage Engel & Völkers.
My natural ability with numbers, friendly personality, and keen eye for design, quality and value make me an excellent agent. My passion for all the things Ottawa can offer makes me the resident expert on the city and its surroundings.

it was our first time selling a property, and Louis-Phiippe did amazing at guiding us through the process, and answering all our questions, but also not letting us accept the very first offer we got, He understood the situation we were in, and considering the amount of visits we had planned the next day, explained to us that it might be worth it to take the risk of waiting just a bit longer.
In the end we ended up accepting a firm offer the next day, and it was way better than that first one.We would not hesitate to contact him again for our next real estate transaction in Ottawa
