I came across Manesh through FB groups and noticed that consistently he was offering good solid advice to home buyers. I also noticed that he was doing a lot of volume (buyer's agent or as seller's agent) per month and was very active on the East side of Seattle. My wife and I decided to engage him and we were really happy that he was very helpful, professional and put us at ease since we were first time home buyers in a seller's market like Seattle. Manesh was very prompt with arranging appointments to see houses. He also has a great sense of humor and would share a lot of real estate anecdotes and each of them has an important lesson to be learnt. While we would get distracted by the eye candy stuff that a house might offer (Fully remodeled, staged with expensive furniture etc.,) Manesh would look for defects around the house and mention them to us.
