Inventory in Kirkland has expanded in this rolling three-month view, with active listings up about 10 percent from a year ago to nearly 900 homes. At the same time, months of supply has risen to around three and a half, a sizable year-over-year increase that points to more options and slightly more breathing room for shoppers.
