October’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $1,300,000—up 52.94% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $899,000 in King County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $911,000 in November.
North Bend had 11 new listings and 11 listings that went under contract in October, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 23—up 4.55% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in November.
