I used Marilyn for both the purchase and sale of my former and new home. Even though it took us 2 years to complete the process she was patient and never rushed me to make a bid. Furthermore, once the transaction went through, she donated part of her commission to a dear cancer patient whom I considered a good friend. Absolutely, hands down, the BEST Real Estate Agent I've ever worked with or probably ever will. Responses within minutes, detailed explanation of any processes/terms I didn't understand, and I didn't need to do any prompting for process status updates. Plus, EXTREMELY fair prices to the point where I feel like I took advantage of them, lol. Marilyn helped with photographers, stagers and even brought her own stuff when I had gaps in my decorations for the staging. Everyone always told me that buying/selling was difficult or impossible but honestly I have yet to experience that because I went with Buck. That sounds corny but it's not meant to be, it's legit because of Marilyn. It's more stressful to get a rental than it was to buy AND sell...why that is I don't know.

Reflecting on what we were looking for in a realtor to sell our house, it was someone we could rely on to handle all the responsibilities required to close the deal.
