I recently had Marilyn help me with the purchase of a vacation home in Birch Bay, and it was great. She brought in a home inspector for us and was there during the inspection and made sure we understood what the inspector was looking at and looking for, as well as to understand what the inspector sees.

I felt comfortable with the home and the information and we came up with a starting offer. Closing occurred soon after.
