Maryann worked w/ my wife and I for almost 18 months and was very patient and accommodating even setting up a showing day of when we were out and about looking for beachfront. In the end she showed us an area we hadn't really considered and finally found our dream condo. Now if she wants to help us paint that would put her over the top. LOL

Buying a home is a stressful venture for anyone because of how many hoops you have to go through with the mortgage company. My closing was rescheduled seven times and the one thing that made this nightmare bearable was Maryann Spearman. She was always upbeat and energetic everyday I worked with her. She showed me emerald homes and whenever I needed to schedule an appointment to see a home she was lightning quick at setting it up for me. One big plus was her knowledge of the areas I was interested in living. She was able to provide recommendations on the many neighborhoods that she and I had a chance to see. On several occasions she was able to stear me in a different direction because of my inexperience in cities like Clearwater, Largo, Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Safety Harbor, and Tarpon Springs. I always appreciated how quickly she returned all of my calls morning, noon, or night. One of her biggest assets was her sense of humor. Knowing what a difficult job Maryann has it amazed me that she could always be upbeat and positive in any situation. Maryann Spearman is truly a rare breed but was certainly a breath of fresh air. If ever there is a need to buy another house I would not consider anyone else and I will make sure anybody I know who is interested in purchasing a home work only with Maryann. I can honestly say I don't have one negative thing to say about her.....she was that good. It was a pleasure having her as my realtor now and anytime the future.

Maryann ia great. She is knowledgeable but not pushy. She is incredibly timely which we appreciate. She is honest, kind and makes you feel important. She is seemingly always available and very promptly returns calls. Would recommend!

We had an eventful and complicated contract, and we have come to trust her and really appreciate her skills in handling those complications with ease through it all. My wife and I have bought and sold quite a few homes with realtors and never had we met anyone who was so positive and knowledgeable. She really listened to our issues and concerns and dealt with them in a professional manner. If you want a property sold quickly, you can count on Maryann.
