Maryann recently sold my condo and was amazing. She acted fast on market changes and provided me with valuable insight. I worked in real estate for a few years prior moving to Florida and to be honest I have found that about 90-95% of real estate agents are either just incompetent or they are just dishonest snakes. Maryann was neither. I would recommend her 110%. She was very responsive and professional with a very good work ethic. She also had a very good knowledge of how to do things in a deal that was tougher than normal. Her addendums were precise and to the point, laying things out very clearly.
