Maryann Spearman was very professional during my long process and many of my indicessons. She helped me stay on the right track during my first home buying experience and was accommodating for any question or process. Maryann always recommended the right professionals for inspection, mortgage and insurance. I feel in my heart that she was always looking out for my best interest during the home buying process.
When we were unable to view the property that we were interested in Maryann Spearman went to the unit and shot video for us. The market was so hot that places were selling in one day with multiple offers. Going to the unit to shoot video for us went above and beyond in my opinion. With multiple offers on the table I thought we had no shot of getting the place. However, Maryann Spearman was able to help us draw up a creative offer which made the seller happy and allowed us to win the bidding war. Without Maryann Spearman's help we would not have been able to purchase our place. I would recommend Maryann Spearman to friends, relatives and anyone else.
