Matt was born in Vancouver and grew up in the Tri-Cities. Soon after high school, he began an electrical apprenticeship. Growing up in this fast-paced construction environment at such a young age shaped him into a responsible young man. Matt’s career as an electrician has taken him from building homes across the Lower Mainland to management roles on some of the world’s largest mining sites, where he commissioned multi-billion-dollar projects across Canada.

Flying to and from work for years allowed Matt to pursue another dream of his—buying and renovating his own homes. He began studying the market and, discovering what he calls "hidden gems," developed a system for finding properties that not only had aesthetic potential but also significant increases in value. He has helped many people around him achieve substantial financial rewards by applying this very system.

Matt has purchased and lived in various areas throughout the city, renovating each of the "hidden gems" he has called home. He possesses the knowledge to find, negotiate, price, build, and market properties across the Lower Mainland. After completing his Real Estate diploma through UBC’s Sauder School of Business, Matt co-founded the Six Zero Four Real Estate Group with his business partner Rod Bahari.
