Leo helped my wife and I purchase our first home and we could not have asked for anyone better. Leo exceeded all of our expectations in terms of communication, honesty, availability, knowledge of the market, and negotiating a great price for our home.

When searching for a new realtor, I’ve arranged to meet with top-reviewed realtors in Vancouver (as a Buyer, why not go for the best!). After meeting Leo, I’ve cancelled all other appointments, and have zero regrets. Leo played a huge part in helping us purchase a home that we loved. Throughout the process, we never felt any pressure to buy and always felt he had our best interest at heart. He really did his best to negotiate the lowest price possible for our home. Understanding that we are first time buyers, Leo was also great at guiding us through the whole process. As a bonus, Leo also introduced us to a great mortgage broker who helped us secure an unbeatable rate.

This last review was two years ago. Since then we used Leo again to buy a condo. This is the first time we’ve ever used a realtor twice! Pretty much tells you everything yo need to know…great guy, skilled negotiator, knowledgeable realtor. The complete package! He answered every question immediately and gave good advice about any questions we had. Would definitely use Leo again!

Leo answered calls, texts, and emails promptly. He provided excellent advice on all aspects of selling our downtown condo, and was quick with useful suggestions.
