I was a project manager in construction prior to obtaining my Real Estate License in 1997. I started my career as a Realtor in residential real estate, focusing on condominiums and detached homes. After a few years, I also ventured into commercial real estate. In 2000, I obtained my Property Management License as well.

In commercial real estate in Vancouver, I specialize in franchising opportunities in British Columbia, Ontario, and Alberta. Notable clients include Blenz Coffee, Steam Rollers, Wired Monk Coffee Bistro, Subway, and Quiznos, among others. Leasing is another area in which I provide services.
