Our previous experience with relators was mediocre at best. When we started the search for a Relator to help us sell our home, I wasn’t looking forward to it. I started by asking for recommendations from family and friends. One of those landed us on the Century 21 site and I started looking for the agent that was recommended. In doing so I came across Melanie’s profile. After reading the details, my gut told me that Melanie was who we needed. I’m so glad we did! Melanie made me feel comfortable with the whole process from start to finish. She understood everything we needed and helped us sell our house once we moved out of state! She helped handle so much for us since we weren't able to physically be there. She contacted any contractors necessary for us and made sure the repairs were handled. Everything was pretty easy with Melanie and she kept us informed every step of the way. If I still lived in Louisiana, there is no other Relator I’d want to work with except for Melanie.
