Our Realtor Melissa Perrault was nothing short of amazing throughout our home-buying process! We were first-time homebuyers & she was very insightful, knowledgeable and professional. Melissa Perault is the BEST!! Responds to your inquiries in a timely manner. Returns call, 1st realtor to do this. Traveled a wide area of NH to show us property. We bought a property quite aways from her home turf and she came prepared with everything needed for us to submit a contract. My husband mentioned a couple of items he would like to stay with property but we didn't put in contract but Melissa always looking out for her client added them for us.
She will be selling our home when we are ready. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

If your looking for someone who knows what she's doing in real estate, Melissa is your woman, she will help you find anything and never misses a detail when finding the best home, or making an offer, she will go out of her way to give the best offer you can give, makes everything really easy to understand, will go out of her comfort zone for you, even make phone calls for you if need be. She's very responsive to calls and text. Wants to help, easy to get along with, and has a drive like no other to support you all the way till signing your dream home. She is easy going, but also a fighter. We had another real estate agent a year before Melissa and we felt like the other agent didn't know anything, terrible offers and a lot of "I'm not sure". It wasn't a good fit. Once we were working with Melissa everything fell into place, we were able to work out a strategy and find the best offer we possibly could work with within our budget. Find
