Myself and spouse meet Mero after our preapproval was obtained. Mero has a simple way of explaining the steps of home ownership, we did not feel pressurized at any point just to make a sale. He was always available to answer our questions and he was very personable, it never felt like we were talking to an agent, it felt like we were talking to a friend because we felt comfortable around him.
