Michael Nolan was immensely patient with my seemingly endless questions. He asked questions on my behalf that I didn’t think of to make sure the homes I was touring didn’t have hidden issues or was updated to code by licensed individuals/companies. Once I got into escrow, Michael Nolan was diligent in making sure all inspections were in place, communicated with the seller’s agent, and kept me informed on a daily basis. I am not sure how you can have a better agent than Michael Nolan and his entire team. If I ever need to sell my current home, I know exactly who to call when the time comes =)

Michael was Awesome and never got upset, even when I unknowingly threw my frustrations at him. I was 9 months pregnant then; he worked very patiently with me. I appreciate him as a person and would highly recommend him to anyone. He was very attentive, most importantly, very timely, and if he encountered delays in meeting the scheduled time, maybe due to traffic, he communicated the same to me in real time. He did a good job.

Michael was the best realtor that I've worked with and I will continue to work with him in the future. My wife and I can be difficult to work with because we are very undecisive but Michael never changed character. He worked with us every single step of the way and I truly appreciate that.
