Michele made me feel very comfortable about asking questions. Her answers were always clear. She made sure I understood all the terms and the reasons for them before I needed to sign any thing. She always explained the options that were available. She was very accommodating when setting up appointments to fit my schedule as well as hers. She treated me like a friend rather than a customer, which was a very secure feeling for me. I enjoyed meeting her and feel blessed to have had her as the representative for the transaction. 90% of the entire experience was wonderful. When it came down to receiving my money, things went south quickly. The reason I don't think I would use her or Century, 21 again is not because of the company or the agent. I will not be selling a house again, since I will not be buying a house again. Michelle is a wonderful person and an exceptional agent. I think the handling of the closing was disappointing to me.
