Mike sold my home fast! When I needed to sell, I called Mike to help and he made the whole process easy. Mike gave me helpful advice about pricing and made recommendations about how to prepare my property to get the most money possible when we took it to market in Saskatoon, SK. This process was difficult for me since I was living out of the province. Once the home was ready, Mike worked with my tenants to coordinate showings and we sold for full asking price after only one day! This was a relief, however, then the tenants refused to move out when they were supposed to. Mike assisted with consulting the lawyer and communicating with the tenants. Ultimately, we closed the sale as agreed and was very happy with the final outcome. Mike and his team were always professional and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Mike to everyone I know!

When I started looking a few years ago I wasn't ready to buy yet but I found Mike's website and saw all the reports and materials availble to educate myself as a buyer. In one request I mentioned I wasn't ready to buy but was just looking at the market and options and the hope was ..a few years .. Mike took the time to give me a call back then and set me up to recieve reports and emails and a monthly mailing. If you are like me you don't want to be bothering folks when you can't compensate them for their time, having access to the market reports and knowing I have someone to call that clearly knows what he's doing when the time comes was a relief and a blessing . So I took my time right up until we recieved a notice to vacate. My son and I now had to move so I called Mike. He remembered me. Listened to my situation, heard what i needed and set out to achive that. He set up market sweep reports so I could see what was there. He connected me to a broker who has been nothing short of amazing himself . Mike also referred a home inspector who was also knowledgable and professional. And a lawyer. I just had to show up really, Mike made sure everything was done.

What you notice first about Mike is he's real. He will explain every detail and point out whats possible . Whats not, and he will laugh with you too. Very personable.
What you are noticing about Mike, is that he is a quality person and he's referring you to quality people who care and want to help you achieve your home.
Through the entire adventure Mike never seemed to waiver on his commitment to me. I am not a big payday in the real-estate business but that wasn't an issue . I'm not sure Mike realized how little his revenue from my sale might be . But of course he did we all know how we get paid. Didn't bother Mike, anytime calls texts showing houses. Last minute amendments and 11pm texts to let me know what's happened ..knowing I was likly sitting beside my phone. Always looking after you, that's how you feel.
