This was the second time Megan from Mike Boychuk's team helped us with a home purchase. She is a great agent - always knowledgeable, enthusiastic and available. We are very happy with her service and would highly recommend her and the team to others.

Charity helped my girlfriend and I purchase our first home in Saskatoon, and we were so thankful to have her help! Our timeline to purchase was really quick, and the transaction had some challenges but she kept us in the loop every step of the way and helped guide us through them all. Charity met with us on very short notice to document our priority needs and wants, preferred neighbourhoods, and our working budget. Her initial list of home visits helped us to communicate our needs and wants more concisely. Charity listened. A few weeks later, again on short notice, Charity led us through another set of homes. One of them was exactly what we were looking for. Charity then patiently led us through the offer process, the conditions and inspection steps, and all of the other important particulars.
Charity is very knowledgeable, is bursting with experience, and possesses impressive confidence in her abilities.

Megan did an excellent job in understanding our needs and narrowing the range of possibilities as we evaluated multiple properties. She was very patient, respectful, and intentional when lining up properties to visit. There was never any pressure and she was always available for questions - including evenings and weekends.
We highly recommend Megan and would happily engage her services again.

We just bought our first home here in Canada using Megan Shpyth with the Mike Boychuk Team. When met with Megan, we found her to be very detailed in explaining to us exactly what we needed to be prepared as first time buyers. She was very thorough in helping us see exactly what our options were and how often the homes we liked came on the market and prepared us for how to make sure we got the home we wanted. When we were ready to make an offer Megan worked fast for us and got us the exact price we offered to the seller. We found the entire process was very easy as Megan had prepared us beforehand. Megan also did a lot of checking in to the home for us to make sure everything was in good order. We would highly recommend Megan.

Megan Shpyth is a great asset to the Mike Boychuk team. She seems very approachable and knowledgeable in her job. I was very comfortable talking to her about my needs in finding a property as I was quite nervous about the whole process. I would definitely use her and the Mike Boychuk team again.

We just purchased our first home with the help of Megan Shpyth, with the Mike Boychuk Team, and we couldn't be happier. We had been looking for many months and Megan was so patient with us, always had our priorities at the top of her mind, and was so easy to work with. She was always happy to answer any of our questions, see any places we wanted and never made us feel pushed into a decision. We had been watching a particular building that we loved hoping a unit would come available that would fit our needs. I just bought a house with Megan Shpyth at the Mike Boychuk Team and despite being thrown a few obstacles Megan helped keep this as stress free and professional as possible. This market was difficult to shop in because of the intense competition but when I found the right place, we acted fast, and Megan helped put together the winning offer. My partners and I decided to sell our investment property this year and because we personally knew Megan and used her in the past for another real estate transaction, we knew we would be in good hands. Megan was really patient with us as we decided the right time to sell or not sell our property, she kept us in the loop with the market and was always available to give us advise on if it was right to sell at this time or not. Megan was communicative throughout the entire process on showing feedback, the market, other places selling etc. We had our first offer within a few days, and Megan supported us waiting for a better price. A few weeks later we did get a better offer and got our condo sold! It's always stressful trying to sell a condo in this market but Megan helped us get it done in the most stress free way possible.
