Mike and Amber were great! They were very attentive to our needs even as they evolved and adapted to accommodate. They were able to give us a realistic idea of the outcome from the start and were upfront and honest about the process. In addition they were very quick to communicate with us about all relevant updates and made great suggestions in times when we were less sure on how to proceed while still letting us feel in total control. They were able to get the house listed and generate great interest to the right type of buyer and within days we had an offer that met our expectations. They are very professional but at the same time they seem like good friends. We will work with them again and recommend them to anyone who is needing to buy and sell.

We've been pretty hesitant homebuyers (translation: we haven't bought one yet), but Mike and Amber have been so helpful and patient, and so responsive when we have questions. We worked with Mike and Amber two times. First they put our house on the market in 2014 but after a few months we decided to stay. Mike and Amber treated our decision very respectfully after all their efforts. We turned to them to list our house about two years later and the second time they had an offer with a VA loan within days of house going on the market. It was stressful and complicated for us but Mike and Amber's knowledge and patience was helpful and reassuring. From helping us find a septic tank to having buyers show up unexpectedly for a visit while I was making bread, they knew how to handle it all!
