Amber and Mike were amazing. This was our first time in the real-estate market and they made it a breeze. We were selling the family home and moving out of state with 4 kids and it was scary and hectic enough... They answered any and all questions we had. And got right back to us if they didn't have a straight answer yet. Even if it was, what would seem; a silly question they took it seriously for us. I cannot speak enough about how positive my experience with Mike and Amber was. I'm a very analytical person, and when it comes to understanding data that I don't know anything about I tend to take my time (like years), and then re-evaluate. This obviously doesn't make sense when buying a house, especially with how quick the market was moving when we were buying my house.

Mike, however, was on the ball with the analytical game. He explained to me in detail the kinds of things he was considering, looking at, weighing against, and even mentioned that he keeps track of whether he was right or not when it came to comparing his best guess to the actual appraisal.

Even with all my complaining this team did what they said they would do and stuck with me and walked me through the whole process with recommendations and how to present our home for sale and really worked hard through the whole selling and closing process of selling our home and purchasing our new home. These two people really work as a team and kudo's to Amber for really staying on top of the issue's that were presented through out both deals. We worked with Mike and Amber two times. First they put our house on the market in 2014 but after a few months we decided to stay. Mike and Amber treated our decision very respectfully after all their efforts. We turned to them to list our house about two years later and the second time they had an offer with a VA loan within days of house going on the market.
