Jay and Nancy Garza Jolly are Realtors with Real Broker, LLC, proudly serving buyers and sellers throughout Central Texas. Jay is a third-generation Hill County resident, born and raised in Hillsboro, and a graduate of Hillsboro High School. After graduation, he served five years in the U.S. Army as a Military Police officer during the first Gulf War. In addition to their real estate careers, Jay and Nancy are employed by the Department of Veterans Affairs, where they continue their commitment to serving others. They bring the same integrity, professionalism, and dedication to every real estate transaction, helping clients confidently buy, sell, and invest in real estate. Nancy also volunteers at the Mission Hillsboro Medical Clinic. They live in Hillsboro, Texas, with their German Shepherd, Millie, and are honored to help families throughout Hill County and the surrounding communities achieve their real estate goals.
