When it popped on the market, he was aggressive in getting us a showing, getting our offer out there, and keeping us informed. The rest of the process was smooth sailing thanks to Michael and the whole team there.

Josh is very thorough in his approach to providing as much information that's available to evaluate your property for sale. Our initial meeting with Josh was very informative and very helpful. Josh had a plethora of solid information that allowed us to determine the local market and how to move forward with pricing and showings. This greatly expedited the sale of our property. Josh was always on top of all showings and relayed all feed back to us as soon as possible. This kept us in the loop and helped evaluate any changes that might need to be done all the way through to the final signature.

When we chose to go with the Sarah Padgett team, it wasn't really a conversation. I looked at my wife and said "we're going with the Padgetts right?" Her response- "well yeah?"
So to start it was a completely unsaid understanding that they're hands down the best agents we could find in terms of professionality, availability, affability, and ability. To say we are over the moon about the process and seamlessness of the whole transaction would be a disservice. They all, Sarah, Michael, and garret, went above and beyond at every corner to make sure clear and concise communications were had. To find the home we really wanted was a blessing. But from there Michael took it and ran with it, from making a deal under the asking price to negotiating a full repaint on a BRAND NEW BUILT home, he was flawless. There isn't enough time in a day to give them the praise that they deserve for the outstanding service that they provide.

The ultimate professional with a great assisting team. Sarah does not just tell you what you want to hear. She explains realistically how the market is standing, what her team can do during that market time and expresses any communication with the other parties in a way that does not compromise a sale but tactfully within your favor and with expectations.

Sarah and her team did a great job explaining the complete process from start to finish. They also assisted us with finding a realtor for our purchasing process also, who was wonderful as well. They were great in communicating with us continually and were quick to return our calls. There was a moment I got a little worried about how are process was going and I loved how Sarah remained calm and made me feel so much at ease and helped remove all those worries. Selling a home in the off-season was an endeavor that made us very anxious. But the professionalism, and market knowledge from Noelle, Sarah Padgett & her team made the whole process very seamless. Her communication with other agents, as well as with us was consistent, professional, and always very thorough. Sarah never was stumped on any of our questions. Noelle & her sold our beautiful home in half of the time than the typical current average. We very much so enjoyed working with Noelle, Sarah and her entire team and would happily recommend her to anyone who needs to sell or purchase a home!
