Actually she went the extra mile supporting us when the first purchase couldn’t be concrete due to a bad handling from the lender agent; she immediately provide us a new list of available properties and the referral of a professional and serious lender. It is important to mention that during the purchase process she suffered the lost of a very close family member, and even though, she was able to assist us remotely. Her responses were immediate and let me know what I needed to do. She got me an inspection report and went through the most important things to address.
