As buyers, Nick showed us countless houses during a very hot seller's market and made an effort to use his connections to show us houses even before they were listed.
He is extremely responsive (even at late hours of the evening) and always on time for showings. He was also very patient and made an effort to answer our many questions. Nick doesn't try to "sell" the buyers on a house or talk things up - he is never pushy or "sales-y" like some other realtors. Nick is very honest and down to earth - he genuinely has his client's interests at heart.
