I give incentives for VA, teachers, police, fire fighters, first responders, and medical professionals. I give them 20% of my commission when they buy or sell with me, and my loan officer gives them $1000 towards closing costs plus $100 off inspection. I think that is the best way for me to thank you for your hard work!
