After I had possession of the house, the deal had been closed for a few days, I inquired about a garage door opener, not only did she ask the previous owners but actually went out and got me one the very next day. You can take Nicole’s advice to the bank.. literally. A couple of times while sitting with the bank staff I texted her, She promptly replied and when I showed her response to the bank staff it seemed to light a fire under their asses. She knows the real estate business inside and out and you will do just fine with her in your corner.

I was impressed with Nicole's knowledge about houses and inspections. She always had the answers to why something might be damaged, whether it could be fixed or not, how much renovations or repairs might cost, was it even worth fixing, etc.

Nicole always got back to me and she always made things work according to our schedule. I don't know how she did it. She kept us informed about the next step at every stage, which was very reassuring since we hadn't bought a house in decades.

Very pleased for what Nicole has done for us. She had to sell our house first but showed us multiple properties to purchase until we found the perfect fit and what we were looking for. Then she recommended we put in a conditional offer which needed to be renewed 3 separate times. She made sure our house was well advertised and was always available for any questions we had. We appreciated the extra work she had to put in and in the end all was worth the wait. We would definitely recommend her services to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.
