Nicole was a pleasure to work with. She made the entire process fun and she was always available and committed to selling my home and giving me 100% at all times. She’s an expert at what she does. From the moment I met her, I knew I could trust her and I knew that she would represent me as if she was selling her own home. Communication is key and she never left anything to question. Every step of the way throughout the entire process she was there. You can tell when someone loves what they do.

I am still reeling from the speed with which my condo sold (listed on 2/21/23 and offer made on 2/22/23 which was accepted). I did not expect to sell my condo on the second day it was listed, but Nicole listed it at the right price. In addition, I purchased a condo rather quickly. Nicole has all the knowledge you need to sell your home including contacts to call for other things that come up during the process. She will always respond to your questions speedily and get back to you with suggestions to help you make decisions. I am not planning any more moves, but if I were I would surely choose Nicole as my realtor again.

She was honest and truthful at all times and did not give me any unrealistic expectations about the value of my property. She answered all my questions and concerns quickly and efficiently. Nicole was instrumental in selling our home. She used her contacts to clear the house of all furniture, and then coordinated a number of repairs that the home needed before we could put it up for sale. When financing hit a snag, she was able to find a new lender that approved the buyers loan. During the process we had a number of issues, however Nicole resolved each and everyone of them. She kept in constant communication and gave updates frequently. I would highly recommend Nicole as a real estate agent.
