Hollywood currently leans toward sellers, with the market gauge indicating a seller’s market. Even so, buyers have plenty of options, as active listings are up more than 10% from a year ago in this rolling three-month view. Typical home values are also slightly higher than last year, rising a bit over 3%, which shows steady price growth rather than rapid spikes.
