Nicole Quinn went above and beyond to help my fiancé and I navigate a very uncertain housing market. Nicole was patiently at our side for months with proper and professional guidance for every house that we looked at. In the end, we were thrilled with the home we bought and pleased that we were able to buy a home at a fair price in this hectic time.

Nicole was responsive throughout the whole process and helped answer all of our first time home buyer questions. She fielded the texts, emails and phone calls promptly to ensure we always got the information we needed in a timely manor.

In the end, Nicole helped to keep us excited and confident throughout the entire process from house hunting to closing. Even after closing, Nicole has continued to help us find quality contractors to do the repairs and navigate this new stage of home ownership.

We could not be more excited for our home and it is all thanks to the help of Nicole Quinn. We hope to recommend her to all of our friends and now feel thankful to call her a friend as well.

I could have been assigned a random agent but after meeting Nicole, I really wanted to work with her. I picked the brokerage for the ability to work with Nicole I asked the relocation company to assign the brokerage so I could choose them.

Nicole kept me on track, even when I as discouraged with the market and having lost several bids. She's a professional with a very personal touch.

Nicole answered all of my questions in the utmost respectful way, even when I am sure they might be silly. She was reassuring. She nudged when decisions would need to be made by me. She was complimentary and shared in my excitement.

She also exhibited extraordinary patience with me as I spent time seeing listings to figure out exactly what I wanted. And she was super responsive when I wanted or needed something.

Nicole was invaluable in getting us through this transaction. She honestly went above and beyond -- answering texts and emails at all hours of the day and getting us quick and accurate answers to our many questions. I would highly recommend her.

We just cannot say enough positively (and nothing negatively) about Nicole and how she helped us buy our new home. she was very attentive to our specific needs, preferences and medical restrictions etc., and finally found us a new build that had more than our boxes checked off! And how she handled the builder was as positive, professional and productive as possible! We ended up with a lower price, interest rate and more "included" options that we were not aware of. She guided us through this process with our concerns and getting them satisfied as her main concern. And when the curveballs came, she hit them out of the ballpark...especially the ones from the VP of Construction! You did a great job Nicole...Great Job!

Nicole Quinn is no longer just our Realitor,she is part of the family! Without her we probably would have given up but,she encouraged us and held us together when it felt like everything was falling apart.we will ALWAYS recommend Nicole to anyone and everyone!

Nicole Quinn, you made this so easy. My first purchase on my own and I was very nervous. You answered all my questions. You put me at easy with everything. I honestly do not think that I could have pulled this off without you!! You were so patient with all my questions and me not understanding a lot of stuff and asking more then once. It was a real pleasure to work with Nicole Quinn on our first home. As a first time home buyer, we knew a very little about the whole process.
