Nicole was an excellent agent. She was proactive in reaching out to us to set up a new client meeting. She took the time to really understand what we were looking for, the price point and location we were considering, and set the expectations for the market and timing. Once we were underway with Nicole, she got us in contact with a lender to get pre-qualified. When we found a property we liked, Nicole was quick to set up a showing, send and offer, and help negotiate on our end. While we lost out on that initial property, we knew Nicole would find us another great property. She was patient in showing us some properties we thought we might be interested in even though she likely knew we wouldn't be happy with them.
