My family experienced a major life event that required speed, precision, and great professionalism. I needed to relocate to Indiana for work as quickly as feasible. We were losing cash with every passing day, and we did not have a home of our own as our plans to build were ruined.
Our experience with agents over a period of 2 years was largely bad. My experience purchasing our prior house with an agent was fantastic, but no agents we had worked with so far in finding a new home lived up to the standard of expectation that agent set for me. I told my spouse "working with an agent isn't supposed to be this hard."
