Nina helped us buy and sell our first house. We had to buy it in a very hot seller's market, and then had to sell it in a market that was a bit more favorable towards buyers. So we were first time home buyers and first time home sellers with market headwinds against us each time.

Both times the process went so much smoother than we expected. Nina and Robby know the Bryan/College Station area extremely well and did a great job pricing our property and adjusting the price accordingly. They're excellent communicators and answered all of our questions via text/phone call very promptly. They did a great job negotiating for us and got us a month-long lease back when selling our house since we weren't quite ready to move out yet. They also helped us stage the house for photos since we had never been through that process before.

We loved working with them and would recommend them 10 times out of 10.
