At first blush, we thought we would rent; therefore, Jason took us to viable homes in our budget. During our day visit, we went from potential renters to potential home buyers. When we changed to buying a home, Jason returned to his office around 5pm and had homes to show us by 7:30pm. By the next morning, he had three more homes to show us. On day two Jason guided us as we made an offer. When the offer did not work out, Jason helped us make a deal for the next one. He was there when we had questions. Jason made the whole process of buying our home very easy from start to finish. As first time home buyers we did not know what to expect from the entire process and he made it all very easy, smooth and stress-free. He was able to work with mine and my spouse's odd work schedules in order to show us houses and even met us locally when there was paperwork to be signed instead of having to make a separate trip on our own time.
