Odera earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While in college, she studied abroad in Shanghai, China. Subsequently, she developed her skills in customer service by working as an Office Assistant at the New York City Department of Buildings, a Customer Service Representative at a hospitality start-up company, and an Administrative Assistant for a debt management firm.
