My name is Oscar Garcia, and I was born and raised in South Lake Tahoe, CA. I moved to Carson City, NV, in 2008 and have explored this entire area—from events in Genoa, Reno, Gardnerville, to Dayton.

I am a U.S. Army veteran and a former Correctional Officer with the state.
