Year-over-year trends in Dayton show home values edging up, with the typical home value rising about 3 percent while the median list price is up nearly 9 percent in this rolling three-month view through April 2026. Buyer activity has strengthened too, as homes sold have increased around 9 percent and pending sales are up more than 25 percent compared with a year ago.
