We were first time home buyers and she was there every step of the way. There was a lot of doubts and worries that things wasn't going to work out for us,
but she was there to reassure us things will work out. I would recommend her each and every time someone ask me If I know anyone!

We met Pat by chance in 2012 while touring a model home, and decided she would be our realtor. Back then, she helped us find our first home together. When it was time to sell that home, we knew we would reach out to Pat, and she certainly delivered. We had already purchased a home in another state, and we were on a tight timeline. From beginning to end, she provided us the best guidance. The highlights were recommending a home inspection prior to listing, which gave us a heads up on what we needed to do to get the home ready, which helped us feel confident once we hit the market. The photographer she used, Nick (don't know last name), did such an amazing job photographing our home, that I even joked about repurchasing my house! We listed on Thursday, and by the end of the weekend we were under contract over our list price. Pat was responsive, knowledgable, and got things done. Highly recommend!!
